sounds like a good investment IF u have a easy cash of $15000 to set aside now.
Not bad a deal... but personally i would not try with such investment especially when you
cannot see or feel the LAND.. haha

the title deed is a good thing to have. Not many people actually OWNS a land.

but thinking again, how much land can a person hold with $15000 in UK?
and will any developer would buy such a small peice of land?
